We are seeking a seasoned Inbound Transportation Manager with a proven track record in inbound freight including international containers. The Inbound Transportation Manager must bring solid transportation experience and exceptional negotiation skills. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director and will works closely with a highly collaborative team. The position requires daily communication with distribution centers, retails stores and keep senior leadership updated on the transportation activity. This individual must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Overview: Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all inbound freight, including international containers. This role oversees the routing, shipping and timely delivery of products to the warehouse while ensuring compliance with shipping and customs requirements. Provide routing and scheduling of all inbound freight and overseas containers. Constantly works to maximize shipping accuracy, on-time delivery, and service-to cost ratios.
