About The Position

The Supply Chain Logistics Analyst is a key leader in managing and optimizing end-to-end inbound logistics processes for both East and West regions. This role requires a strong ability to oversee complex workflows, ensure data integrity, and drive operational excellence. The analyst will take ownership of merging and validating ASNs, monitoring critical daily reports, and ensuring all yard and port activities are aligned for timely processing. Responsibilities include managing floor reports, coordinating special requests, creating X-Devans for efficient freight handling, and proactively identifying and flagging exceptions. The position also involves monitoring 850 and 856 imports, preparing Devan packets for scheduled shipments, and collaborating with other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies swiftly. This role demands a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence process improvements across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize Devan packets for shipments, ensuring readiness for operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of shipment data by consolidating and validating ASNs.
  • Track and analyze daily operational reports to keep yard and port activities on schedule.
  • Oversee floor reporting and manage special handling requests across multiple teams.
  • Identify and address exceptions proactively to prevent delays and maintain compliance.
  • Monitor EDI transactions, including 850 and 856 imports, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Partner with internal teams and external providers, to resolve data issues.
