Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, high-level customer success, advisory roles, or therapeutic/coaching fields where deep listening and guidance are paramount.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applied to human dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in meaningful consultations with inbound prospects who have expressed clear interest in Unblinded.
  • Facilitate a mutual discovery process to ensure perfect alignment between their goals and our programs.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource, addressing questions and clarifying the path forward with transparency.
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process based on value and fit, not pressure.
  • Collaborate with leadership to share insights and continuously improve the advisory process.
