About The Position

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others and a talent for building trust over the phone? Join New Teeth Now as an Inbound Sales Representative and become the first voice patients hear when taking their life-changing step toward a new smile. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective and existing patients interested in dental implants, answering questions, providing education, and guiding them toward scheduling their in-office consultation. You’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain their confidence and improve their quality of life through our world-class dental implant solutions.

Requirements

  • Prior direct B2C sales experience (healthcare, hospitality, or call center experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming, compassionate first point of contact for inbound calls, chats, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Build meaningful connections by answering patient questions and guiding them through the next steps with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and texts to nurture leads and encourage scheduling of consultation.
  • Manage a steady flow of new patient inquiries each day, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and personalized responses.
  • Confirm consultation appointments and help patients feel informed and comfortable about their visit.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and patient coordination teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly goals for calls, consultations scheduled, and attendance confirmations.
