About The Position

Inbound Sales Representative FIMAC is seeking an energetic and outgoing call center agent to manage inbound customer acquistion for our brands with the goal of converting leads to sales. This position will deal with customers through multiple channels, including, but not limited to inbound calls, online messaging/chat, text and emails. Sales skills, speaking skills and writing skills are a must. All individual bankruptcy filers are required to complete pre-bankruptcy credit counseling and debtor education. These may not be provided at the same time. Credit counseling must take place before you file for bankruptcy; debtor education must take place after you file. Certificate of completion for both credit counseling and debtor education are required before the filer’s debts can be discharged.
