At Retool, the inbound SDR team is a critical part of our go-to-market team and the first touch point for many of our future Retool customers. You will be responsible for engaging and qualifying inbound leads, providing an excellent customer experience, and a seamless handoff to the Retool sales or support teams. This is more than just a starting point in SaaS, it’s a high-impact role that builds deep product knowledge, broadens your awareness and understanding of software development, develops and refines discovery skills, and supports Retools growth! Retool has grown tremendously over the past few years and we are eager to continue expanding the team to meet our 2025 sales goals.
