About The Position

We are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads and conduct initial discovery and qualification. This person will respond to inbound inquiries, conduct reverse demos to understand prospect needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. You'll act as a consultative partner, asking smart questions to understand agency challenges and determining if TRULEO is the right fit. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who excels at building rapport quickly, asking great questions, and guiding prospects through an early-stage buying conversation with professionalism and curiosity.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and conversion targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Organized and disciplined with ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
  • Based in Greenville, SC

Nice To Haves

  • Public safety experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and conduct timely outreach to engage prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls and reverse demos to understand agency pain points and needs
  • Qualify leads and schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives with detailed briefing notes
  • Build rapport and nurture leads through thoughtful follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track conversion metrics
  • Partner with Account Executives and marketing to refine processes and improve lead quality
