About The Position

The Inbound Sales Closer is responsible for converting high-intent inbound leads into retained clients. This role is designed for top-performing sales professionals who excel at building trust quickly, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone. All leads are inbound—no cold calling. The focus is on consultative selling, conversion, and revenue generation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-ticket inbound sales or closing experience
  • Proven track record of closing deals over the phone
  • Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-performance, KPI-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
  • Elite communication and persuasion skills
  • Emotional intelligence and active listening
  • Confidence in asking for and securing the sale
  • Strong accountability and results-driven mindset
  • Coachability and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Handle 100% inbound calls and consultations from prospective clients
  • Conduct structured consultations to assess client needs and case viability
  • Clearly communicate legal services, process, and fee structure
  • Build rapport and establish trust quickly in sensitive situations
  • Overcome objections and confidently close retainers on the call
  • Follow up with warm inbound leads to maximize conversion
  • Accurately document all interactions in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Collaborate with attorneys and intake team for seamless onboarding
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
