About The Position

What You’ll Do Promote and sell mini-vacation packages across various resort locations, following company telemarketing guidelines. Apply the techniques learned during training to confidently address questions, overcome objections, and close sales. Share accurate and engaging information about Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, partner accommodations, current promotions, and premium offers. Why Join Us? Because it’s “Where You Belong”! Compensation: Hourly base pay plus commission. Top performers earn an average of $100,000+ per year! Training Schedule: Enjoy paid onboarding and training over a 30-day period, held Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Schedule: Full-Time positions with multiple shifts available Generous benefits begin on day one to include medical, dental, vision and HGV travel perks! 401(K) and PTO plans are available after 90 days of employment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of sales or telesales experience preferred
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for helping others explore vacation ownership
  • A strong history of sales success across a variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, insurance, finance, or luxury goods

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in timeshare sales is a plus.
  • Previous work in an inbound or outbound call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
