We are looking for a new Inbound Manager to join our growing Inbound Team and Fulfillment Center network . This individual will report into our Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all receiving and putaway to ensure timely and accurate flow of goods into the fulfillment center. This role drives people growth, operational efficiency, safety, and team performance to support service levels and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: 335,000 sq. ft. in Dayton, NJ at 30 Apple Orchard Dr., Suite 1, Dayton, NJ 08810 Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm EST Salary: $87,120 – $108,900 per year Please note: Training for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm EST for the first 3-4 weeks!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • M inimum 3 years managing operations through WMS tools and reporting
  • M inimum 3 years in a high-volume e-commerce or omni-channel fulfillment setting
  • M inimum 3 years leading teams in a warehouse or fulfillment environment, including performance management and coaching
  • A bility to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • P roven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with all levels of the organization
  • E xperience applying continuous improvement tools to drive efficiency and reduce costs
  • M inimum 3 years in a high-volume e-commerce or omni-channel fulfillment setting
  • Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently
  • Employees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ing all inbound receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate unloading, inspection, and putaway of inventory to maintain stock availability and meet service level agreements
  • Manag ing daily workload planning and labor allocation for inbound teams, utilizing forec asts and real-time data to balance productivity and cost-efficiency across shifts
  • Develop ing , implement ing , and enforc ing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inbound processes to drive consistency, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Training and developing Supervisors and associates through coaching, mentoring, and effective communication to develop a strong culture of employee engagement
  • Identif ying , develop ing and m onitor ing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as dock-to-stock time and receiving accuracy, analyzing trends and initiating corrective actions to achieve operational goals
  • Partner ing with Inventory Control, Outbound, and other external departments to resolve discrepancies, manage space utilization, and support cross-functional projects impacting inbound operations
  • Ensur ing safe work practices and maintains a clean, organized receiving environment, conducting regular safety audits and addressing hazards promptly to protect team members and inventory
  • Identifying and proposing process improvement initiatives to company leadership for FC standardization and execution
  • Attending and participating in the HR Leadership meetings twice a month
  • All members of management are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace
