About The Position

Mid-Atlantic Finance is seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced Houston office. We are open to candidates from customer-facing backgrounds including Retail, Food Service, Hospitality, and Call Centers. Collections experience is helpful but not required.   • Negotiate payment solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
  • Perform account maintenance and accurately document customer interactions
