About The Position

Best Way Distribution LLC is a local family owned and operated 3PL warehouse. We are proud to be "Big enough to deliver - Small enough to care". The Inbound Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments and ensuring the accuracy of the receipt of products as well as assisting in the inventory management of the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid organization skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work on a team and work well under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use
  • 2+ years of administrative experience or warehouse experience with a focus on receiving or inventory management
  • Knowledge of warehouse flow and terminology

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of receipt information
  • Process incoming orders and assist in ordering supplies
  • Assist in receiving, stocking and organizing orders
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of all product categories
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
