About The Position

Be part of our growing Medical Marijuana Clinic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients pursuing better health through cannabis-based care. In this role, you will serve as the primary online point of contact, delivering informed, caring, and professional support to individuals seeking guidance on medical marijuana treatments and clinic services. Core Goals Provide prompt and accurate responses to patient inquiries through live chat. Help patients understand medical cannabis products, available services, and wellness pathways. Uphold regulatory compliance while protecting patient privacy at all times. Work alongside internal teams to resolve complex concerns and continuously improve the patient experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; background in health, wellness, or customer service is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally within healthcare or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics with clarity and empathy.
  • Ability to multitask across several chat conversations while maintaining quality responses.
  • Commitment to upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
  • A compassionate, patient-first approach to every interaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of medical marijuana products or the wellness industry is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and live chat tools.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming chat messages related to treatments, appointment scheduling, and clinic policies.
  • Share clear and reliable information in line with clinic guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Support patients in accessing services, booking appointments, and exploring product options.
  • Accurately log chat conversations and keep patient records current.
  • Recognize ways to improve patient satisfaction and relay insights to leadership.
  • Stay current on cannabis regulations, clinic updates, and health and wellness developments.
  • Manage sensitive patient data with discretion and in full compliance with privacy standards.
