About The Position

We are looking for Master's and PhD level students majoring in Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology or a related discipline for a 12-week internship role in Gaithersburg, MD from May 18th to August 7th. Position Duties: Perform wet lab experiments (phage and yeast culture, ELISA, flow cytometry, etc.) Analyze and organize experimental results using Prism, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. for oral and poster presentations. Accurate and precise data capture using Signals ELN and Genedata Biologics.

Requirements

• Master's and PhD level students majoring in Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology or a related discipline.
• Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
• Basic wet lab skills such as pipetting and reagent preparation are required.
• Proficiency in Prism and Microsoft Office tools, such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
• Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days per week.
• US Work Authorization is required at time of application.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hands-on experience of performing cell culture, ELISA, BLI, and flow cytometry are a plus.
• Familiarity with automation and high-throughput experiment set up is highly preferred.
