About The Position

Overview: Ace Home Services is hiring an In-store Sales Appointment Setter to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great fit. What you will do: Work in‑store at our partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (this is not a remote or call‑center role) Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune‑ups (think “oil change” for your A/C system) Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy Who Thrives in This Role We’re looking for dependable, people‑focused professionals who enjoy conversation, staying busy, and helping customers understand their options. Ideal candidates bring: Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort approaching customers in a retail environment Reliability, integrity, and a team‑first mindset Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Schedule and Shift: We are looking for Part time The Sales Appointment Setter will float between our Prescott and Prescott Valley stores The ability to work weekends is required.
