City Wide Facility Solutions of Oklahoma is thrilled to announce an opening for an Appointment Setter . You will work closely with seasoned Sales Executives to identify high-potential prospects and secure the initial meetings that drive our company's growth. Your Role Will Involve: Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Proactively reaching out to potential B2B clients via high-volume phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce City Wide’s solutions. Qualifying Prospects: Engaging in discovery conversations to understand a business's needs and determining if they are a fit for our services. Setting Appointments: Successfully scheduling face-to-face or virtual meetings for our Sales Executives. CRM Management: Utilizing CRM systems to meticulously track outreach, manage follow-up tasks, and update lead statuses. Pipeline Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand-off of prospects and attending training to sharpen your pitch. Requirements Qualifications: Education/Experience: A minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport over the phone. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning CRM software. Drive: A self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a desire to hit and exceed daily activity targets. Reliability: Strong organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Safety First: This is a Safety Sensitive Position ; the selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Benefits Earnings: $38K base salary + commission ( OTE $50K – $65K ). Incentives: A strong incentive compensation plan for top performers! Requirements
