Requirements
- Previous experience working at a hotel/resort preferred
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Responsibilities
- Stock, set-up, and deliver all room service orders and property amenities to guest rooms
- Retrieve trays from the guest rooms to maintain a neat and sanitary appearance
- Be knowledgeable of all services provided within the hotel and all menu items
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
- Ensure correct posting in POS system for communication to the service and kitchen department.
