We are looking for our next great team member to join us as an AM, In Room Dining Server (IRD) in our Food and Beverage Department. We are currently seeking an AM, In Room Dining Server (IRD) who is passionate about the food and beverage experience.
Requirements
- Food Safe and Serving It Right certification
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- A team player who can also work independently
- Flexibility is a must, as our schedule includes weekends and holidays as well as weekdays.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- You'll be the go-to person for guest in-room dining.
- You'll take their orders, relay special requests to the kitchen, and ensure everything is delivered just right.
- Using your excellent phone etiquette, you'll gather all necessary details to process orders smoothly.
- You'll also use our point-of-sales system to communicate and verify orders with the kitchen, making sure every detail is perfect.
- Additionally, you'll coordinate and promptly deliver amenities, ensuring guests have everything they need for a great stay.
