About The Position

As an In-Room Dining (IRD) Specialist at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, you will be at the heart of our guests' stay, ensuring they enjoy delicious meals in the comfort of their rooms. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will make every dining experience special. This position requires open availability including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

Requirements

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all guest requests are met with precision and care.
Team Player: Work collaboratively with other departments to provide seamless service.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certifications: TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications are required
Must be 21 years or older
Must have physical stamina to walk long distances and lift moderate amounts of weight

Experience: Previous serving experience is preferred

Preparation & Maintenance: Handle general in-room dining preparation, remove serving trays, and ensure a tidy space.
