What your day looks like You start your shift by scanning line dashboards and heading to the floor. You sample parts, validate measurements with calipers and micrometers, and compare results to CelLink and customer engineering specs. As production ramps, you audit stations against approved work instructions and procedures, coach operators on best practices, and quickly flag any emerging trends. When a nonconformance appears, you coordinate containment and sorting, organize MRB activities, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Before wrap‑up, you document findings, help refine quality alerts, and partner with teams to strengthen our quality system. Core impact Monitor part and process quality; drive sustainable corrective and preventive actions and countermeasures. Work cross‑functionally (production, engineering, supply chain) to keep output consistently high quality. Audit manufacturing lines against approved processes, procedures, and requirements. Verify incoming, in‑process, and final materials meet CelLink and customer Quality/Engineering specifications. Communicate new or trending quality issues quickly and clearly. Lead and coordinate containment, sorting, and MRB activities as needed. Contribute to Quality System development and continuous improvement. Train operators/inspectors on inspection methods, rework, and quality standards. Author/review documents such as Work Instructions and Quality Alerts.
