Concordia Hospice Of Washington is seeking a dedicated and personable Hospice RN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families during this significant time in their lives. As a Hospice RN, a crucial role is delivering personalized care that focuses on comfort and quality of life. The roots of our organization can be traced back to Rev. Dr. J. E. Victor Carlson, who helped create Hospice Care Inc. in Greene County in the late 1970s to serve families dealing with end-of-life illnesses. In 1996, the program was combined with The Washington Hospital, opening opportunities for inpatient care and other new services. On July 1, 2016, Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System (previously The Washington Hospital) partnered to form the organization we are today.
