About The Position

Diamond Braces is scaling fast. What’s limiting us is not demand—it’s hiring quality, retention, and execution consistency . We are looking for an in-office recruiter with exceptional communication skills who can own recruiting execution , partner closely with leadership, and help raise the bar on who we hire and why they stay . This is not a resume-screening role. This is a front-line recruiting position for someone who understands people, pressure, and performance.

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable interviewing, influencing, and qualifying candidates
  • Experience with ATS platforms (UKG a plus)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Must be able to work on-site in Englewood, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Execution
  • Conduct high-quality phone and video interviews for administrative, clinical support, and management roles
  • Identify candidates who fit both the job and the environment
  • Present candidates who are ready to succeed , not just available
  • Quality & Retention Focus
  • Screen for reliability, communication, professionalism, and long-term intent
  • Track early outcomes (30/60/90-day retention signals)
  • Adjust screening based on real hiring results, not assumptions
  • Hiring Process Discipline
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting → screening → interview → offer → onboarding coordination
  • Maintain clean, accurate documentation in the ATS
  • Follow standardized interview questions, deal-breakers, and scorecards
  • Job Board & Sourcing Management
  • Actively manage Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Improve posting performance, response rates, and candidate flow
  • Source proactively when needed—this is not “post and pray”
  • Partnership with Leadership
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR
  • Escalate issues early when quality, onboarding, or expectations break down
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience
