About The Position

1st Response Pest Management is hiring an Experienced In-House Sales Representative to manage inbound and company-generated leads and convert them into long-term residential and commercial pest control customers. This is a closing-focused role designed for professionals who already understand pest management sales and want to work with qualified opportunities instead of door-to-door canvassing or cold-calling. If you have a strong background in pest control sales, understand the value of relationship-based selling, and want to grow within a respected local company, we want to connect with you. This role focuses on inside sales and lead conversion. You will work directly with customers who have already expressed interest in pest control services through marketing campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries. This is not a door-to-door role. Your focus is consultation, solution-building, and closing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pest control sales experience required
  • Demonstrated success selling residential or commercial pest management programs
  • Strong consultative sales skills and closing ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Licensing is preferred but not required for qualified candidates willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and company-provided pest control sales leads
  • Conducting phone, virtual, and in-person consultations
  • Presenting customized residential and commercial pest management programs
  • Building long-term customer relationships and maintaining follow-up pipelines
  • Accurately documenting activity within company systems
  • Supporting a high-service, professional sales experience aligned with our brand standards
