About The Position

A bit about this role: This role will be an opportunity for someone to enter the exciting and challenging realm of provider network contracting at an entry level. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys building relationships, learning healthcare networks, and developing strong communication and prospecting skills. Your Responsibilities and Impact will include: Identify and engage healthcare providers who may be a good fit for the Devoted Health network through strategic outreach. Use communication skills to introduce Devoted Health, understand provider needs, and help guide them through the contracting process. While this is not a sales role, it does require curiosity, persistence, and the ability to identify and target prospective partners. Learn and follow established contracting guidelines, tools, and workflows to support accurate and timely execution. Partner with internal teams to flag contracting challenges, ask questions, and help move issues toward resolution. Coordinate contract execution activities, including tracking documentation and facilitating signatures, to keep processes moving forward. Contribute to broader Network Development initiatives while building foundational knowledge of healthcare contracting.

Requirements

  • Solid ability to navigate either Google or MS Suite of products.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers license/ability for local travel as needed
