About The Position

The In-House Recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting and pre-employment onboarding across the property management portfolio, supporting onsite property teams and corporate departments. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for high-volume field roles (leasing, maintenance, property management, contact center) as well as corporate positions. The Recruiter partners closely with operations leaders to understand staffing needs, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure positions are filled quickly with strong, culture-aligned candidates. This role is also responsible for drafting and issuing offer letters, managing background checks, and coordinating onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited for someone who is highly proactive, organized, and comfortable driving hiring forward without waiting for direction. The ideal candidate is comfortable building pipelines, reaching out directly to candidates, and staying ahead of staffing needs across the portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of their requisitions, moves with urgency, and understands how hiring directly impacts business performance.
