As a In House Marketing Manager you will be collaborating with the on-property Marketing teams and Sales leadership to drive efficiencies and increase revenue for Hilton Grand Vacations with a focus on on-site Owners and Guests. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Minimum 1 year of timeshare experience
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience

- Timeshare Marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted sales and service
- Staffs and manages the team’s talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance
- Develops, maintains, and monitors individual and group performance reports of the on-property team
- Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management
