• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing agents to drive performance and achieve goals
• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including training and onboarding new team members
• Set and track team performance metrics, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met
• Actively engage in personal production to lead by example
• Implement strategies to increase tour flow and maximize lead generation
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth
