About The Position
Answer and direct incoming calls. Take messages for IH sales representatives and distribute or post on board. Provide fast and accurate information to guests. (directions, phone numbers, etc.) Good customer service skills are needed. Make sure Reps are aware of guests problems and concerns

- Position requires patience and ability to work in a fast paced environment while completing many tasks at the same time. Ability to understand representatives needs.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Must be able to speak and understand English and Spanish.
