Requirements

- Must a Bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work well with others.
- Must be computer literate.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet all Guest checking into the Resort Lobby with an Energetic and Welcoming Smile
- Direct them to where they need to check in and able to answer any questions about the Resort
- Assist other sales departments as needed.
