About The Position

About Us Lilac Health is a fast-growing, multi-location network of birth and wellness centers. With three operational centers and centralized financial oversight, we are building a high-performing team to support our growth. Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to own our financial day-to-day. You’ll manage books across 9 entities in QuickBooks Online, run payroll via Viventium, and take charge of accounts payable while helping roll out a procurement platform (Precoro or similar). This is a solo but highly impactful role reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with our Executive Director.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (Viventium a plus)
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-driven
  • Comfortable taking ownership in a growing company

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping (QBO) Manage and reconcile financial transactions using class/dept tracking Maintain clean, accurate monthly records. Support budgeting, reporting, and analysis requests
  • Payroll (Viventium) Process bi-weekly payroll for ~60 employees Handle payroll compliance, deductions, and multi-state (minor) considerations Collaborate with HR for new hire/payroll updates
  • Accounts Payable Manage AP and invoices Handle vendor setup, correspondence, and payment cycles Assist with procurement system (Precoro or similar) rollout Help standardize purchasing across multiple locations
