About The Position

Quality Craftsmen is a rapidly growing acrylic bath remodeler in the United States, offering stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvements to homeowners and consumers with accessibility needs. The company was founded to address dissatisfaction with the quality and workmanship available in the marketplace, building an unrivaled reputation for quality in acrylic bath and shower solutions. This is a full-time outside sales position focused on developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. Sales representatives are not responsible for generating their own leads, as a rigorous pre-qualification process ensures they are in the best position for success. The primary focus for sales representatives is selling, with the company handling order processing and any changes after the product is sold. New team members are expected to learn the training process and products within their first 90 days and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
  • Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
  • Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
  • Deliver price and close sales on daily basis
