In-Home Sales Representative
About The Position
Quality Craftsmen is a rapidly growing acrylic bath remodeler in the United States, known for offering stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvements to homeowners and consumers with accessibility needs. The company has an unrivaled reputation for quality and workmanship in manufacturing acrylic bath and shower solutions. This is a full-time outside sales position where the primary role is to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. Sales representatives are not responsible for generating their own leads, as 80% of the legwork is completed through a rigorous pre-qualification process. The focus for the sales representative is solely on selling, with the company handling order processing and post-sale changes. New hires are expected to learn the training process and products within their first 90 days and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers.

Responsibilities
- Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
- Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
- Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
- Deliver price and close sales on daily basis
