In-Home Sales Representative
About The Position
Quality Craftsmen is a rapidly growing acrylic bath remodeler in the United States, offering stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvements to homeowners, including solutions for those with accessibility needs. The company has built a strong reputation for quality and workmanship and continues to grow by delivering exceptional results to its customers. This is a full-time outside sales position focused on developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. Sales representatives are not responsible for generating their own leads, as 80% of the work is completed through a thorough pre-qualification process. The primary focus of the role is on in-home presentations and closing sales, with the company handling order processing and post-sale support.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Confident public speaker with strong presentation ability
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Outgoing and comfortable in social settings
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or the bath remodeling industry
Responsibilities
- Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training
- Design bath solutions using our software
- Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis
