About The Position

Our Sales Representatives are responsible for driving revenue for Sunbelt Home Solutions by selling our lifetime coating system, Texcote, and our hurricane rated windows and doors to pre-qualified appointments with homeowners needing to upgrade their homes. A successful individual in this role will have a strong desire to master the sales process and the initial steps of our client journey. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Providing an outstanding client engagement experience by presenting our products and services using our proven 10-Step Selling System Accurately assessing the scope of work for each project to be a success and provide long-term satisfaction to the customer Works well with other departments to ensure sold customers have their projects move through the Customer Journey in a smooth and timely manner Consistent improvement and mastery of the Sunbelt processes and systems

Requirements

  • Understand customer needs and tailor project recommendations accordingly
  • Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff, and/or outside clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups on unsold opportunities, leading to higher closure rates
  • Sense of urgency -able to function in a high-demand and fast-paced environment
  • Understand and follow the sales process consistently
  • Ability to generate and gather proper paperwork and funding for all jobs
  • Ability to utilize various apps needed to succeed in the role, including SIRO AI
  • Comfortable with changing daily schedules when customer’s request to change their appointment time or date
  • Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes to our different product offerings
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer’s questions to the best of your ability
  • Ability to use a tape measure and do basic algebra to calculate square feet
  • GED or high school diploma preferred
  • At least 1 year sales experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated experience being a top performer in some arena (such as athletics, sales, education, etc.)
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a table or while driving
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to an 80-mile radius from your home office
  • Ability to work up to 6 days a week when necessary; Friday and Saturday mornings and afternoons required
  • Ability to attend in-office meetings weekly for additional training
  • Ability to lift product samples up to 50lbs in weight
  • Ability to walk around inside and outside of homes, bending over and reaching up for measurements

Responsibilities

  • Run 25-35 pre-qualified in-home appointments per month
  • Deliver a masterful in-home presentation consistently for every appointment
  • Keep an average ticket size above $22,000 while averaging over $3800 Net Sale Per Lead Issued
  • Demo over 75% of your appointments with a 18% Net Close Percentage for all appointments run
  • Promptly and properly fill out all required paperwork for orders, including gathering deposits and credit apps when financing is utilized
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to prospects and customers alike
  • Participate in daily sales training with team leads and managers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest initiatives, products and software
  • Gather referrals from customers to add warm leads to your pipeline
