This is a Commission + Bonus role with potential earnings between $125,000 – $250,000 annually , and top performers earning $300,000+ . Paid training at $700/week, plus uncapped commissions with an accelerated payout during your first 5 months — starting at 100% upfront in month one and moving to a standard 50/50 split by month six. As a Field Sales Representative, you will: Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs Deliver engaging presentations and provide tailored solutions Represent high-quality products backed by industry leaders Manage the sales process from consultation through closing Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales environment.
