We are now expanding our sales team across Central New Jersey and are seeking experienced professionals who thrive in a consultative, in-home sales environment. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions that align with their needs and vision. This is a full outside sales role that combines relationship-building, technology-driven presentations, and consistent closing opportunities.

Requirements

• Prior in-home sales experience within bath remodeling or home improvement preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Confident presenter with the ability to build rapport quickly in homeowners’ homes
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment
• Reliable transportation and local to Central New Jersey
• Outgoing, articulate personality with strong closing instincts

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations using a structured, iPad-based sales presentation
• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and professional development
• Design customized bath solutions using proprietary sales and design software
• Present pricing clearly and confidently while closing sales at a high level
• Maintain professionalism and follow established sales processes
