Responsibilities

Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team
Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments.
Prepare and lead weekly sales meeting.
Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback.
