We are seeking a strong, people-first sales leader to train, coach, and develop high-performing Design Consultants (our field sales team) within our growing market. This is a newly created role designed to help build out the region as we scale—because our growth is happening fast, and “Express” is more than our name, it’s how we operate. In this role, you will drive consistent execution and performance through clear communication, hands-on coaching, and data-driven improvement plans. You will partner closely with field sales trainers, ensure adoption of our established sales program, and bring fresh ideas that enhance or streamline sales operations. You will also work cross-functionally with Installation, Order Entry, Purchasing, and Finance to support a smooth customer experience, including helping resolve escalated issues or cancellations when needed. This role will play an important part in launching and scaling Express Flooring’s San Francisco market. Job Type: In-Person, Some remote days may be offered after training Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 base salary, plus monthly Sales Manager bonuses, with total on-target earnings of approximately $160,000–$190,000 annually.
