You will receive high-quality confirmed leads on a daily basis (2-3), have strong earning potential, and will work with a proven sales system. Requirements

Minimum of one year of residential in-home sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling sewer services, water heaters, plumbing, or HVAC products is preferred but not required.
Comfortable climbing up a ladder and going on a roof.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan preferred.
Strong local reputation and knowledge of the Fort Lauderdale service area is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home assessments of sewer lines and water heater systems, considering equipment condition, age, scope of work, and customer preferences.
Effectively communicate customer needs and propose clear, tailored solutions for sewer repairs, replacements, and water heater installations.
Collaborate with customers to design projects and identify optimal solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive in-home sales presentations.
Assist customers in securing financing options when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, project details, and sales progress.
Act as a liaison between customers and the company to address questions or concerns promptly.
Cultivate and manage customer relationships to drive long-term satisfaction and referrals.
Manage scheduling, change orders, submittals, and close-out documentation.
Participate in ongoing training to continually improve sales skills and product knowledge.
