About The Position

Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-Home Plumbing Sales Representative to join our residential team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys work performance environments, building relationships, solving problems, and closing sales in a consultative environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong closing skills and objection-handling abilities

Responsibilities

  • Convert unsold HVAC, plumbing, and electrical estimates into closed sales.
  • Execute structured follow-up via phone, text, and email.
  • Use consultative selling to address objections and present solutions (incl. financing).
  • Drive revenue recovery through upselling, cross-selling, and memberships.
  • Manage and prioritize a personal sales recovery pipeline in CRM.
  • Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and field teams for seamless execution.
  • Track and optimized performance (conversion rates, ticket size, cycle time).
  • Maintain strong customer focus, communication, and professionalism.
  • Meet targets while adhering to SOPs, compliance, and quality standards.
