About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregivers to provide exceptional care to individuals in their homes. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities and promoting a high-quality lifestyle for our clients. Requirements

Must be 18 years old
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a home health setting
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Must clear a background study

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assisting with medication reminders
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions
Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation
Encourage social interaction and engage in conversation
Assist with memory care and dementia care
Maintain a clean and organized living environment
Document care activities and report any concerns or issues to management
