Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area. Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• At least 1 year of professional nursing experience within the last 3 years
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Professional, positive, team focused attitude

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Home Health experience preferred
