About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Direct Care providers in Van Buren Township, MI. In this role, you will deliver personalized care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus, but NOT required.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- A reliable source of transportation to travel to client homes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the client’s home.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
