Sales Representative – In-Home Design Consultant This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where your primary role is developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners and closing sales in the home during your visit (one-stop close). You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has already been done for you. Our rigorous pre-qualification process ensures our sales reps are put in the best possible position to succeed. Your focus is simple: deliver the presentation, design the solution, and close the sale. We handle everything else — from order processing to post-sale support and change management. We ask that you: Learn and master our training process and product knowledge within your first 90 days Stay true to our proven system Deliver our professional sales presentation to homeowners who genuinely need our solutions

Requirements

  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Ability to work independently
  • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
  • Design custom bath solutions using our proprietary software
  • Deliver pricing and close sales during the appointment
  • Participate in weekly ongoing sales training meetings
  • Manage and track customer interactions professionally
