About The Position

Home Care Partners is hiring full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time (16–29 hours/week) In-Home Caregivers / CNAs to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes across Lincoln, NE. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 19 years of age
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Empathy for others, strong reliability, and a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship, conversation, and daily routine structure
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Keep accurate care notes and report concerns
