About The Position

We are hiring Spanish-speaking In-Home Caregivers to support clients throughout the Derby and greater Wichita area. Derby is one of the strongest areas for caregiver demand just outside Wichita, offering reliable hours and close-to-home assignments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Spanish-speaking (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• TB test and physical required prior to starting (testing provided)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Prior caregiving or personal care experience helpful but not required
• No CNA or HHA certification required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Preparing simple meals and assisting with nutrition needs
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Giving medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments when needed
• Documenting care provided according to company guidelines
