Requirements

At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) certification required
Compassionate, dependable, and an effective communicator
Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate with a team

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
Provide timely medication reminders
Prepare meals and support proper nutrition
Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction
Monitor, document, and report any changes in client health or condition
