Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) certification required
- Compassionate, dependable, and an effective communicator
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate with a team
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide timely medication reminders
- Prepare meals and support proper nutrition
- Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Monitor, document, and report any changes in client health or condition
