About The Position

Fresh Perspective Home Care is hiring compassionate individuals for a flexible and rewarding part-time caregiver job in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role involves supporting seniors throughout the Kalamazoo area, providing non-medical in-home care to help them remain safe and independent at home. The company offers training and support for individuals with or without prior experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), PCA, DSP, or CNA, inviting them to join an award-winning home care agency.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to uphold client confidentiality
Reliable and punctual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Offering companionship and emotional support
Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
