Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Ability to pass background checks
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CNA/HHA/PCA certification is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Offer medication reminders
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities (if applicable)
- Follow care plans and maintain clear communication with the office and families
