Requirements

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • CNA/HHA/PCA certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support mobility and transfers
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities (if applicable)
  • Follow care plans and maintain clear communication with the office and families
